Warranty Terms

We provide free warranty service ranging from 1 to 3 years from the date of shipment. The specific warranty period varies by product category, as detailed below:

Important Note: The warranty applies only to the device itself. Packaging, cables, software, data, and other accessories are not included in the warranty coverage.

 

2. Warranty service commitment

2.1 Complimentary Warranty Service

During the warranty period, if any defects for which we are responsible occur, you may return the product to us for repair. Upon completion, we will return the repaired product to you and cover the one-way return shipping costs.

2.3 Additional Service Protocols

If a product requires warranty repair, please estimate the total shipping costs first. If the combined shipping expenses exceed the product's value, we will suggest not to send it back. In such cases, we will promptly ship replacement parts or a new unit if necessary.

Please note: Replacement units may include engineering samples, display models, or units with minor cosmetic imperfections. These do not affect functionality and should be considered acceptable replacements.

2.4 Extended Warranty Option

Our extended warranty program provides continued repair coverage beyond the standard period. The annual fee is 5% of the product's unit price.

2.5 Other Considerations

Any circumstances not explicitly addressed in these terms will be resolved through mutual agreement between the customer and our company.


3. Non-Warranty & Chargeable Service Conditions

The following conditions are not covered under our free warranty service and will incur repair charges:

3.1 Damage resulting from operation outside specified environmental conditions or contrary to product manual instructions.
3.2 Tampering with or removal of the product's serial/barcode label without authorization.
3.3 Products outside the designated warranty period.
3.4 Unauthorized modification of configuration files or disassembly of the device.
3.5 Damage caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, or earthquakes.
3.6 Physical damage or corrosion to PCBs, connectors, or interfaces (including oxidation or contamination).
3.7 Damage from incorrect electrical input (overvoltage, incorrect voltage, etc.).
3.8 Damage caused by transit damage occurred during shipment
3.9 Other damages not caused by the design, technology, manufacture, quality, etc

5. Policy Administration
